Goldenbridge had an opportunity to reduce the amount of manual work involved in managing information and preparing reports. I designed a central workspace where the team could see what matters, manage clients, track activity and access reports from one place.

The product is built around a simple idea: give the team the information they need, when they need it. From the main dashboard to client profiles, activity tracking and reporting, every part of the experience was designed to make day-to-day operations clearer and easier to manage.

I handled the product concept, UX, UI design and system thinking, while exploring how the product could eventually be built into a practical internal platform.
